1. Order Placement & Confirmations

All products are subject to stock availability. Because we prioritize serving freshly ground masalas and healthy items, our order process is negotiated and finalized on WhatsApp:

• An order initiated from the website constitutes a request, not a finalized contract.
• Orders are considered officially confirmed only after we provide a pricing quote on WhatsApp and receive payment confirmation.

2. Pricing Policies

Prices for our products (such as seasonal homemade honey, specialty laddus, or bulk hampers) are subject to change without prior notice depending on crop harvest, raw materials, or spice market variations. The final price quoted by us on WhatsApp during order confirmation is absolute.

3. Local Shipping & Delivery

We coordinate local doorstep delivery across Coimbatore and standard shipping to other major cities in India:

• Delivery timelines are communicated during order placement (typically 24 to 72 hours depending on freshness grinds).
• Shipping charges are computed based on distance and parcel weight, which will be added transparently to your bill.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service blockages or incorrect postal addresses provided by the customer.

4. Return & Refund Policies

As we deal in perishable home food items (masalas, podis, and health mixes), we maintain specific health and hygiene terms:

• Returns are generally not accepted once packages are unsealed.
• If you receive a package that has been severely damaged during shipping or if you receive the incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with unboxing photos/videos.
• Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and resolved at our sole discretion.

5. Product Variations & Handmade Nature

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because we use natural agricultural ingredients and avoid artificial stabilizers or colorings:

• Mild variations in spice heat levels, color shades, or honey viscosity are entirely normal and a hallmark of authentic, preservative-free foods. These are not considered product defects.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services or website operations will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
